Important Update From u/SoCalledCIVIL

Just a quick update. Unfortunately, at this point I'm stuck in a holding pattern. I've filed a video report of the vandalism and assault on me with the police. The police took the video and within an hour the office of the mayor as well as the police chief reached out to me to offer help. Very nice! <br><br>Unfortunately, the police chief tourism to look more into it before anything can be done. Apparently, he first needs to know if a crime was committed and if it can be proven. <br><br>This is kind of a dilemma. Taking out my phone and starting to record will most likely cause the individual to flee the scene. I can't follow them, as it's against the law and I won't commit a crime to prove a crime. So I'm pretty much in a holding pattern. <br><br>This individual knows me and knows my car. So I'll have to be extra careful. <br><br>Thank you all for the love. I'll keep you posted.
