Please tell me this app doesn't exist yet

An app that allows you to look at what you can cook with what you have in the fridge/freezer/pantry (all linked to its expiration date). You can select ingredients you *don't* have and the app will pinpoint the store nearest that sells that ingredient, and even tells you exactly where you can *find* it within the store. On the other hand, if you've got an ingredient you can't use that's about to expire, the app will let you know who's closest that might need it (friends, family, etc.).
