If I can't use Google or Stack Overflow for coding problems, how do I become a self-taught coding pro?

I know a lot of redditors are going to respond saying things like go back to school or take an online course. I've done both, and it did not help. I have been coding for 10 years. I'm still quickly out of a job after a few months. I want to know how to become a self-taught coding pro even if I can't use Google or Stack Overflow. This does not mean I never use Google or Stack Overflow. This means I can't use them at the drop of a hat. By the way, you're probably better than me even though you very likely have much less experience than me.
