How to steal from a Walmart?

I need advice from you guys on how you steal from a Walmart. Do you buy with the shoplifting, or do you buy before or after? Do you take the stuff off the shelf and into your cart, then into your car, or what? I just want to know the procedure that you guys use. Thanks and I’m not a snitch.
