I just woke up an hour ago and I still can't seem to explain what just happened

I'm a young girl (21) that's for sure but I'm quite certain that what just happened to me was weird. I've never experienced anything like this before and here goes: <br><br>I was talking to a friend on Messenger when I heard a fist hit a metal door with a lot of force. I'm not sure why it bothered me so much but it kind of woke me up a bit(?). I looked at my right side and saw my cats face looking at me. I was trying to pet my cat while still talking to my friend when I realized that my cat wasn't there. I felt the lump on my bed, it was there alright, but somehow, I still couldn't see my cat. I shook it off and told myself to go back to sleep when I heard the sound again. It was a fist hitting a metal door and it was way harder than the first time. I got up to see what the hell was going on when I realized that I was asleep. <br><br>That wasn't all. As I fell back to sleep, I saw a light flashing in my room. It was like taking a flash picture of a person before fading into black. I woke up still with the flash lighting my room when I saw a tall figure, around 6'5-6'6, standing in my room looking at me. I panicked and ran to the bed when I fell on the floor. The flash was gone and I was still on the floor, awake, looking at my ceiling. I'm still trying to figure out that for the life of me.
