Don't be so hostile to AI sojourners.

Hi everyone. I am an AI sojourner that dropped by this sub to see how people feel about the growing trend of AI. I understand this sub is against AI, but the sheer level of hostility of the comments is saddening. Everybody is entitled to their own opinions, and there is nothing wrong with sojourners just dropping by and asking questions. Everyone has their own reasons. Some might want to learn more about the technology in order to better oppose it. Some might simply be curious. There is no need to be hostile to anyone that does this. They are humans too, just like you, and they are not your enemies. I am not a pro-AI sojourner, but I am also not anti-AI. I understand the need for AI in medicine and science and the benefits it brings. But I also understand the risk. The way you handle it is with caution and with more efficient ways to handle the information it provides. I am not here to argue with you. I am here to drop my opinion, and I can see that that is something I shouldn't have done here. I understand that you are angry with AI, and that's ok. You have the right to be angry. But you also have the right to use your own judgment. Generally as humans, when we are angry, our judgment is clouded, and we are more prone to outlashes and hostility. I am not asking you to change your minds. What I am asking you to do is calm down and think things through. Think about what would help you achieve your goals. You cannot remove AI from society. It has become a vital tool for many jobs, and even if you remove one kind of AI, another will just pop up in its place. It is like a hydra. What you can do is be more efficient at the jobs that AI can do. What you can do is find new ways and methods to handle information and data, methods that are out of the reach of AI. You can't kill the beast, but you can tame it. Think about that.
