I've been tracking my company's growth and future plans, and I can safely say that a good part of the high paying jobs posted today will be replaced by AI in less than 6 months.

I work for an American company that provides customer support, and we're working with a substantial number of customers. The company is hiring a lot of people like crazy, especially customer support agents and sometimes engineering, but I'm not sure how much AE get hired. We've also been working with a company called Anthropic for a little while now and have been training their AI model, and I'm not sure how much we pay them but I'm sure that the amount is quite substantial.

The AI can to a certain extent do a lot of the things that we can do at an incredibly fast speed and with less mistakes. The company also hired a lot of people to coach and improve the AI, to a certain extent, and to a certain extent, the AI is getting better than any of us in doing the same job that we do. This includes doing things like taking control panel actions, sending emails, and sending texts. And we're not talking about the most complicated type of emails, but emails that contain paragraphs and paragraphs.

I don't know what the plan is going to be, but I'm sure that the company is just hiring people to train the AI and get it so it can do everything on its own. I don't want to mention the name of the company because I don't want to get in any trouble, but I'm sure that we won't be seeing a lot of these jobs after 6 months.
