How much money does a man need to make to be considered middle class?

I get the middle class is a broad term, but how much do you need to make to be considered middle class. I know it is different all over the country. But in the city I live in the average house is 240k and the average rent is 1k a month. <br><br>So how much would a man need to make a month to be considered middle class.
