What are your favorite low budget effective parasite cleanses?

Right now I'm doing one that's been really effective. <br><br>1. Coffee enema. Helps remove parasites and their eggs from the colon where most of them are. <br><br>2. Chlorella and spirulina. Both are algae and are tough but if you put them in a smoothie with a little fruit that makes them taste good. They help break down parasites in the blood and pull them out of your liver and kidneys. The parasites won't be killed by the algae so you need another step to kill them. <br><br>3. In addition to the algae I drink a gallon of water per day to help break down the parasites. Water and algae will make them weak. <br><br>4. Finally, you need to take something to kill them. I take a couple tablespoons of concetrated clove oil in a pill form. The clove oil is too strong to take directly but you can buy it in a pill form that will reduce the concentration of the oil that actually gets in your system. You can also mix it with coconut oil to dilute it if you want to take it in a liquid form. It's too strong to take it undiluted so be sure to mix it with something. <br><br>5. When the parasites are dead they are going to feed on the spirulina and chlorella which helps carry them out with your urine. That's the beauty of spirulina and chlorella. Parasites will feed on them but they also help to pull them out of your body. With the water, coffee enema, spirulina, chlorella, and clove oil you should have a very effective parasite cleanse. <br><br>6. You can also drink bentonite clay to absorb parasites and help pull them out of your system. <br><br>7. I've read online you can also powder up worm wood and black walnut hulls and mix them in a warm drink and that will help kill parasites. Worm wood can be toxic in large amounts so be careful but in small amounts it's safe. I would recommend just the clove oil as it's easier to safely take and it's a natural effective parasite killer. <br><br>8. Finally, you can rub tea tree oil on your skin to help pull parasites out through your skin. Parasites are able to go through membranes and sometimes they can enter your body through your skin if they're in a lake or ocean you're swimming in. You can also absorb parasites through your skin by touching parasitic infected animals like dogs. Absorbing through your skin is a way parasites can enter your body so you can also pull them out of your body through your skin. You can rub tea tree oil on your skin to help pull them out of your body. Tea tree oil is also a natural bacteria killer and will help kill any parasitic bacterial infections on your skin. <br><br>That's my favorite low cost effective parasite cleanse.
