How do you cook with out a oven/microwave for 2 people?

My girlfriend and I recently moved into our new apartment and to our surprise they hadn't installed the oven/microwave. We are told its a 2-3 month wait. Unfortunately the place didn't come with a hob either so we are only able to use our slow cooker to cook our meals. We've been wondering how to make certain meals using just the slow cooker. We've been making a lot of curries and stews but are looking for ideas.<br><br>TLDR: My girlfriend and I moved into a new apartment with no oven/microwave and are looking for ideas on what food we can make for 2 people with just a slow cooker
