Saw someone asking ChatGPT if it can be used to calculate molecular orbital energy for a protein.<br><br>ChatGPT sweetly says yes and then proceeds to use LAMMPS code for a simple simulation on a peptide chain.<br><br>Don't know how accurate it is but it's a nice beginning!
