If you make $100k, you are part of the problem

I don’t want to hear it. You will not convince me you are part of the solution. Being in the top 5% makes you the problem. <br><br>That being said, you can change. You can make less, give more, and make your company less successful. Unfortunately, you will lose your current position as there will be plenty of people to replace you, and if you are like most, the only thing you know is your job. This brings us to the real problem. You don’t know how to be successful at anything else. <br><br>You won’t risk your career for the right reasons. You only risk your career to make more money. That makes you the problem. You should make a change. You need to make a change. The world is messed up because of people like you.
