Just my first time. I went on an accidental DMT trip

36F. I know nothing about DMT. My friend, who I have known for 20+ years, said she just got some shrooms. She opened up a bag of white powder. We did a line and I said that doesn't look like shrooms. She said it was just pure. It was instant. I don't know how long we tripped but I feel like it was hours. I had audio and visual hallucinations. At first I was freaking out cause I was confused. She laughed and said she pranked me and it was actually dmt. I was mad, but she said I can't say she didn't tell me cause I didn't let her finish. I also didn't ask how long the trip would last. I just believed her when she said shrooms. I'm pretty upset that she lied to me. But that high was wild. I freaked out for a bit, she calmed me down. I saw all these patterns on everything like the walls and the tv. I felt like I was melting. I felt like I was on another planet. I got used to it and then it started to feel like a real trip. It wasn't bad. I was just mad at her. I saw shadow people. It was like I was in another dimension. I felt complete bliss in the end. I'm not sure if I would try it again. I do feel like my life has changed a little. Like I'm sober now and seeing people do drugs actually bugs me. I don't know if dmt is addictive? I don't feel like I want it now. She's done it multiple times. She said I should keep an open mind. I felt like my perspective of life was shifted a bit.
