Am I going insane?

Ever since this bug invasion started, I am getting the sensation that I am starting to go crazy. I am seeing bugs everywhere, even when they aren't there. I am double checking any food or water I drink to make sure I'm not drinking one. I keep hearing the buzzing and scurrying, even when I'm out in public. I am so paranoid that I will get bit. I have been checking my clothes, hair, and skin all the time. I am getting so worked up that I feel like I am actually losing it. I have never felt this way before. I get that everyone hates bugs, but is this normal? I have always been able to coexist with bugs before. I know they are a necessary part of the ecosystem. But there is something about these bugs that is driving me insane.
