My 4 year old cousin put his finger up my butt

We were playing pool and he was hanging off my tee shirt then he got closer and his finger slipped down my shorts and he said "oww". I asked him "why did you touch me?". He said "I'm sorry". I mean I'm half German and half Irish I'm used to roughhousing but that was just wtf moment.
