Every day I wake up at 6 am. I don’t hit the snooze button, I get out of bed right away and I make my bed as soon as I get up. Then I go to the kitchen, drink a 1L bottle of water and then I go for a one-hour walk. It’s not a power walk, it’s just a walk. I walk slowly and I use the 1-hour time to meditate and to focus on my breath. I focus on what I want to achieve in life.

After my one-hour walk I go to my home gym and I work out for 2 hours. I like to work out for 2 hours because I take my time and I go through a lot of exercises that are good for my body. I do a lot of exercises for my back and core. I do a lot of deadlifts, squats and bench press and I like to go heavy on the weight.

I don’t like going to the gym because I don’t like waiting for other people and I don’t want to get sick. The gym is a breeding ground for bacteria, so I prefer to work out at home. Now because I work out for 2 hours, I don’t want to be tired, so I need to eat something. I don’t want to eat too much, so I have a protein shake every day before I work out.

After my work out, I rest for 30 minutes, then I have a healthy breakfast. I like to have a bowl of oatmeal with honey and pineapple. I also have a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice and 2 eggs.

After my breakfast, I sit on my couch and I meditate for 30 minutes. Meditation is a great way to reprogram your mind. Meditation is also a great way to feel better and to focus on your breath.

When I’m done with my meditation, I go to my office and I work on my business. I spend 6 hours a day working on my business and I also go to a 9-5 job.

I like my life and I feel good. Waking up at 6 am every day has changed my life and I’m glad I made that decision.
