My dad and I are moving away from our hometown after Christmas break

I have been frustrated with my dad for a long time due to his refusal to let me live on my own. He expects me to be an adult and make a living, but doesn't want to let me live on my own anywhere. It's been an argument nearly every day for the last few months. Then I found out that my dad is having an affair with a woman in another city a few months ago. I'm not sure how long they've been together but he's been traveling to their city on a fairly regular basis. I think she has something to do with him moving to their city because it just so happens that it's where he suddenly wants us to move.<br><br>He's telling everyone that I'm the reason he's leaving so that he can help me when he really has no intention of doing anything for me. Once we move, we'll be living in a different house than his mistress and he has no intention of telling her where we are. He's trying to make himself look good to his mistress by telling her that he's moving because of me even though he's not her business. His mistress has no idea that he has a son. I'm 21 so I don't need any help from my dad. He's only moving because I'm not allowed to stay in our hometown. He refuses to tell me why I can't live there. I'm so angry that my dad is making me move away from my hometown with my grandpa and family just so he can be with some whore. Now I will have to travel a few hours just to visit my grandpa and my dad doesn't care about how this affects me. <br><br>I try to talk to him, but he doesn't care about anything I have to say. He will ignore me when I ask him questions. I confronted him about his mistress and he just ignored me and walked away. He thinks it's okay to make everyone believe that I'm the reason for him moving and I'm a horrible son for making him move. I think it's ridiculous that I have to move for my dad's mistresses. <br><br>I'm so mad I just want to tell my grandpa that my dad is having an affair but I don't want to do that.
