My husband's lack of computer skills is actually getting incapacitating. How do I help him overcome it?

We're a European couple in our late 20s. I work in tech, my husband is a geologist. He comes from a poor family and they didn't have a computer at home until he got one for college. I grew up with computers my entire life.

This is our biggest point of contention. He is *so* bad at doing anything on a computer, to the point where it is starting to be very frustrating.

Here are a few examples: when we moved into our new house, we had to register with the local council. For that, you had to fill out a form online and then print it out and bring it in. He couldn't figure it out by himself and had to ask me to help him. He couldn't figure out how to print it out. He had to print it out in black and white, he didn't know how to set that. He didn't know how to change the printer to only one page. It was an hour of him standing in the kitchen asking me questions about how to do all these things that are so basic.

We needed to extend our rental agreement. Same thing. Had to ask me to print it out again. Two weeks later, our landlady sent him an email saying she hasn't gotten it. I was like, "did you print it out?" "No, I forgot". Had to take time off work for him to go drop off the printed contract.

He recently bought concert tickets and wanted to send me the confirmation email so I could see the tickets. He couldn't figure out how to forward an email. Ends up sending me a screenshot of the email by accident. Then, he didn't know how to print the ticket out to bring it to the concert.

Other examples: he wanted to send a text to someone. He typed it out, but caps lock was on. He didn't know how to turn it off. When I looked, I saw he had been trying to send this text for almost half an hour. He didn't know how to take a selfie on a tablet. He didn't know how to send a picture through email.

I've tried to hide my frustration with him. It's like, come on, somehow *every single person* manages to use a computer. How are you 28 and still don't know how to do basic things on it?

So I've been trying to handle it well, but today we had another argument about it and he was like, "yeah, I'm shit at computers and I'll always be".

I don't know what to do. I don't want to be condescending. But at the same time, everything now is on a computer and if you can't do basic tasks, you're fucked. It's like if I couldn't boil water or something.
