What did life look like in the USA during that time, how was your everyday life, how did the everyday citizen contribute to the war, and what were the roles of women and racial minorities like

Edit: I’ve also got to give a big thank you to everyone for their kind words, it really means a lot to me that my curiosity has been considered special and valuable, and that I’m just generally doing something right as a person.
I’ve got to say that the information that I’ve gained from this post has been invaluable in my journey of figuring out this planet. Thank you all so much again, I love you allways
Edit number two: I’ve also got to say that I’m the guy who asked this question yesterday about the USA during World War II, and the response I got was massive to say the least, but I am also a person who loves history and I think that we should get a more broad view of the war in general so I have decided to ask the same question but this time about Canada because I think that we often overlook Canada’s role during WW2, and I also know that a lot of people on this post were from Canada so if you could answer
The same question for Canada that you did for the United States, because you’re the best person to answer this. Sorry for the lack of paragraphs, this is because I am on a different laptop than the last one and the paragraphs do not seem to work properly.
