Is it worth working if you don't like your job? I'm 28 years old

I have good skills and good pay. But my job isn't enjoyable.<br><br>In other words, I can make a good salary doing things that I don't like and have my free time be spent doing things I like, or I can do things I like and make a lower salary.<br><br>How do I decide what is best? I wish I could speak to my 40 year old self and ask if it was worth it all.
