Does anyone still meal prep?

I used to meal prep religiously back in 2015-2016 and remember how it was reasonable to do with some effort and investment.<br><br>It seems like the cost of groceries has increased ridiculously and the time and effort it takes to struggle to prepare a week's worth of meals is not even worth it. I don't always have time or energy to cook everyday, but I want to try to get back into it. Has anyone in here successfully managed to make meal prep work for them with the current state of things?<br><br>I live in the US if that makes a difference
