I'm a chef and I've been living a lie about the quality and authenticity of my food

I'm a personal chef for a upper class family in the US with a multi-million dollar house who go on many vacations every year. They claim they miss authentic European and Asian food after living abroad for several years.

When I first started cooking for them, I made elaborate dishes that took hours to make, finding the exact ingredients, and making everything from scratch. I would go to the farmer's market and various specialty stores to find exactly what I need. This would often mean I'd work 10 hour days just to make one meal, and they would leave me little tips and complain about how I'm "wasting their money". I was also only getting paid 35$ an hour which is pretty low where I am.

One day I had a mental breakdown and was working on autopilot. I made a quick beef and broccoli cream sauce pasta and mixed in some pre-made pasta sauce, sauces from a jar, and some sautéed garlic. I used frozen broccoli sprouts and pre-cut beef strips and some pre-cooked pasta that I had mixed in with regular pasta. I mixed in some paprika to give it color and added some dried herbs and served it. I didn't tell them I used pre-made ingredients or took any shortcuts and they LOVED it. They said it reminded them of the pasta they had in Italy and it was the best pasta they've had in a long time.

Since that day, I've been taking shortcuts with all the food I make for them. I use cheap ingredients and make simpler dishes. I still get fresh veggies but only the kind you can find at any supermarket. I've used ketchup, mayonnaise, and flour as bases for sauces. I've mixed in bullion cubes with red wine. All the big pot dishes like stew, chili, and roasts I make by sautéing onions and garlic, adding everything in, and leaving it to simmer. I've saved hours of time with each meal and they are happy with everything. I've gotten large tips and they've even given me a bonus at the end of the year.

The only time they didn't like something was when I tried to get them to eat cheaper meats. I made a stew with pork and they hated it and said that the only reason it was good was because I used expensive cuts of meat. So I stopped doing that and my budget went up a bit.

I've been tempted to make macaroni and cheese with sausages or burgers but that would look suspicious so I don't. They've been happy for a while but I don't know for how long I can keep up with this poor quality food. I'm not a big fake person but this lie has gotten bigger and bigger and I don't know how to be honest with them about it.
