Zoom Clone for iOS/Android using Flutter

I have a question in regards to development process and legal implications of creating a zoom clone. I have been asked to create a Zoom Clone both for iOS/Android using Flutter. The project is to raise awareness regarding a certain religion. What would be the perfect software stack to be used in this case? Is it legal? I have very basic knowledge of Flutter. I am a React Native developer with basic knowledge of Dart. <br>Work like this is very hard to come by in my country and I want to get it done both for the cause and for myself. I am not a freemason but I do agree with the phrase "When the going gets tough, the tough gets going".
