I work 70-80 hour weeks and I would like to prep a week worth of food with only 15 minutes worth of cooking time. I can finish the meal at home quickly and I'm just looking for a way to prep and 15 minutes worth of cooking time would be plenty to finish a meal. I would have a small oven for warming up the food as well but I prefer to finish the meal on the stove.

This would be for an Asian infused dish with american and latin fusion. I'd like to make 2 days worth of food at a time and I would have 1 hour worth of time to prep the food. I would need at least 6-8 meals and I would like 2 sides. This will be done in a 3rd world country, so I can't be picky with the ingredients. I can buy sugar and flour (wheat or almond flour) but rice is the staple in the country I'm in and the only oil that's consistently available is vegetable oil.

I would mostly be eating chicken and beef, but I'd also like to save time and prep my veggies. Would a dry rub be a good idea? Can I marinate both the chicken and beef in the same mixture? How should I prep my veggies so that it can be ready for sides? Any recipe ideas are helpful. Thank you for your help.
