I’ve stopped paying for my used car by refinancing it into my single story ranch house. <br><br>Then I took the money I’d just saved and put it into our line of credit so I could take a second line of credit at 0.9% and bought a used truck. <br><br>I used the second truck as collateral to get another line of credit at 1.9% and put that money into the second truck. <br><br>I now have two cars and a house and I’m still debt free, all thanks to the power of juggling debt and finance. <br><br>I’ve done all this by sitting on my couch with a glass of Tropicana juice and a half empty pack of Marlboro cigs.
