How would you improve the economy?

I would make the following changes:<br><br>Get rid of the minimum wage law but implement more strict wage theft laws and make it illegal for companies to force employees to be on call in the evenings and weekends.<br><br>Implement a larger stimulus package that is based on need and go after businesses and the rich who abuse bailouts.<br><br>Allow the post office to make loans<br><br>Get rid of all tax loopholes and offshore accounts<br><br>State and local governments should stop giving tax breaks to Amazon and other big businesses<br><br>Increase spending on things like healthcare and education and cut spending on things like the military and police.<br><br>Increase the gas tax and increase spending on public transportation, especially intercity public transportation<br><br>I think that these changes would create more wealth and equality and would also help the environment.<br><br>What would you do?<br><br>Edit: oh my I didn't know this would get so much attention!
