What do you do with the leftover gravy from a rotisserie chicken?

Almost every time I have what looks like a cup of chicken gravy leftover from a rotisserie. I dilute it with some water to make a broth to drink on the side of some noodles and vegetables. Any other ways to use this gravy for the next day? Make a creamy sauce by mixing it with some butter and milk?#####
