I HATE PROCRASINATION

Anyone got tips for people like me who just freeze up when it comes to doing MOST things that require effort. Obviously this is a major problem academically, but it's more than that - it's a life problem. I get even worse and worse grades, less attention from my studies and more attention from useless things like social media. I'm in my 2nd year of college and obviously not doing so well. I'm seriously considering developing a routine that can help me before it gets worse. I thought about creating something like 40/10/10/10 daily routine time distribution. You know, spend 40% of the day studying or doing school work, 10% of your day doing your daily chores, 10% of your day doing whatever you want and 10% of your day doing anything else. I already feel like I'm procrastinating by typing this even tho this is important.
