Every morning, I receive a mysterious message stating just three numbers: 3-1-4. I have no idea what it means, but I suspect my girlfriend knows more than she’s letting on.

We met at a coffee shop. She was sitting at the bar, sipping on a cup of black coffee. I was sitting in a corner, scribbling some nonsense on a piece of paper. It was a rainy afternoon in the middle of autumn. Leaves were falling from the trees outside, and the air inside the coffee shop was warm and cozy.

She looked over at me and smiled, and I couldn’t help but notice how beautiful she was. Her eyes were a deep shade of green, and her hair was a rich brown that cascaded down her shoulders. She had a small nose and full lips, and her skin was smooth and unblemished.

“Hi,” she said, walking over to me. “Mind if I join you?”

“Not at all,” I replied, gesturing to the chair across from me.

She sat down and smiled again. “I’m Anna.”

“I’m Jamie,” I said, trying to play it cool.

We talked for a few minutes, discussing everything from music to movies to our favorite books. I was surprised at how much we had in common, and before I knew it, the coffee shop was closing and we were being kicked out.

“Want to go to dinner with me?” Anna asked as we stepped out onto the sidewalk.

“Sure,” I said, grinning. “I’d love to.”

We walked to a nearby restaurant, laughing and joking as we went. Inside, we were greeted by a hostess who showed us to a cozy little table by the window. We ordered some food and talked some more, getting to know each other better.

As the night wore on, I found myself falling deeper and deeper in love with Anna. She was smart and funny, and she had a spark in her eyes that I couldn’t ignore. I knew I wanted to spend the rest of my life with her.

After dinner, we walked back to the coffee shop and said our good-byes. Anna leaned in and kissed me, and I felt a rush of excitement. I knew I had found my soulmate.

The next morning, I woke up to a text message from an unknown number. It read: 3-1-4. I stared at it for a moment, wondering who it was from and what it meant. Finally, I decided to ignore it and get out of bed.

I met Anna for lunch that day, and we talked about our plans for the future. We both wanted to get married and have kids, and we were excited to start our lives together.

The next morning, the same text message arrived. 3-1-4. I was starting to get a little annoyed, but I figured it was just a wrong number or something. I ignored it again and went about my day.

But as the days turned into weeks, the messages kept coming. Every morning, without fail. 3-1-4. It was starting to drive me crazy, but I had no idea who it was from or how to make it stop.

“Anna, have you been getting any weird text messages lately?” I asked her one day.

She looked at me strangely. “No, why?”

“I keep getting this weird message every morning,” I said. “3-1-4. Do you have any idea what it means?”

Anna shook her head. “No, I don’t know what that means.”

I sighed and rubbed my temples. I was getting a headache from all the stress. “Well, if you figure it out, let me know.”

She smiled and kissed me. “Of course, baby.”

But as the days turned into months, the messages kept coming. 3-1-4. Every morning, without fail. I was starting to lose my mind, and I had no idea what to do.

“Anna, I need to ask you something,” I said one day.

“Of course, what is it?”

“Do you know anything about these weird text messages I keep getting?” I asked, trying to sound calm.

Anna looked at me strangely. “What are you talking about?”

“The messages,” I said. “3-1-4. I get them every morning.”

She shook her head. “I don’t know what you’re talking about.”

I sighed and rubbed my temples again. I was getting another headache. “Well, if you figure it out, let me know.”

Anna smiled and kissed me. “Of course, baby.”

But as the months turned into years, the messages kept coming.

“3-1-4. I was getting another headache. “Well, if you figure it out, let me know.”

Anna smiled and kissed me. “Of course, baby.”

And then, one day, everything changed. I woke up to find Anna gone, and a note on her pillow. It read: Meet me at the coffee shop at 3:14. Come alone.

I stared at the note for a moment, wondering what it meant. And then I knew. I knew that Anna was behind the text messages, and that she had been trying to tell me something all along.

I got dressed and hurried to the coffee shop, my heart racing with excitement. When I arrived, Anna was sitting at a table, sipping on a cup of coffee. I sat down across from her and smiled.

“I knew it,” I said. “I knew you were behind the messages.”

Anna smiled back. “I’ve been trying to tell you something,” she said. “But I couldn’t do it directly.”

“What is it?” I asked, my curiosity getting the better of me.

Anna leaned in close. “I’m not who you think I am,” she said. “My name isn’t Anna, and I’m not from around here.”

I stared at her, shocked. “Who are you, then?”

Anna smiled again. “My name is Sarah,” she said. “And I’m from a place called the Netflix Universe.”

I laughed. “What?”

Sarah nodded. “It’s true,” she said. “And I’ve been sent here to observe you.”

I stared at her, trying to process what she was saying. And then I knew. I knew that Sarah was telling the truth, and that she was who she said she was.

“Why me?” I asked, trying to sound calm.

Sarah shrugged. “I don’t know,” she said. “But I’ve been watching you for a long time, and I have to say, I’m impressed. You’re a good person, and I think you have a lot to offer.”

I smiled, feeling a sense of pride. “Thanks,” I said. “That means a lot coming from you.”

Sarah smiled back. “I know,” she said. “And that’s why I’ve decided to take you with me.”

I stared at her, shocked. “What?”

Sarah nodded. “I’m going to take you back to the Netflix Universe with me,” she said. “And we’re going to explore it together.”

I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. I had always been fascinated by the idea of other worlds, and now I had the chance to explore one. I nodded eagerly, and Sarah smiled.

“Good,” she said. “Then let’s go.”

And with that, everything went black.

The next morning, the same text message arrived. 3-1-4. But this time, I knew what it meant. It was a message from Sarah, telling me that she was waiting for me.

I smiled and rubbed my temples, trying to ward off the headache that I knew was coming. I was excited to see what the future held, and I knew that I would always cherish the mystery of the text messages.

THE END.

People often ask me why I stopped posting updates about Sam. I think it’s time you knew the truth. He’s not who you think he is. And neither am I.
