Are wealthy people actually frugal? Do they live frugal lives?

I mean, is Elon Musk frugal? I really don't think he is. Prince Harry, Jared Leto, Miley Cyrus? No, I'm sure they live very frugal, unassuming lives with no vices and certainly do not throw lavish parties.
