AITA for refusing to let me boyfriend move into my new house after he kicked me out of our apartment?

So, my ex boyfriend and I broke up about 4 months ago after a 7 year relationship. It was a messy breakup that we kind of both contributed to and we’ve been co-parenting since. He has our little girl 50% of the time and I have her 50% of the time. She’s 3 years old. <br><br>Our breakup was complicated and at times toxic, but after taking time to reflect on some of my behaviors, I realized that a lot of my issues were coming from the stress of being a SAHM mom and things got better. I found a new career that I’m thriving in, and I just purchased a new home for my daughter and I. <br><br>My ex has been wanting to get back together, even though we said originally that we’d both agreed the relationship was over. I’m happy on my own and I don’t want to get back together. He seems to be doing well, too. <br><br>The reason I’m here is that my new house is a beautiful 4 bedroom home with plenty of space for my daughter and I. My ex just informed me that I’m being “petty” for not allowing him to stay with us when he has our daughter overnight. This is a huge new home with extra rooms. I told him no because I don’t want to live with my ex boyfriend. I did tell him he can keep our daughter at his place when he has her. <br><br>He told me I’m being immature, vindictive and petty to deny him the option to stay in my home when he has our daughter. I don’t want to live with him at all. He also kicked me out when we broke up and made me find a place to live last minute. I think this is ridiculous. I don’t want to live with him. AITA?
