How do I prove I am having a stroke?

I woke up this morning and my face was numb on my right side. I went to the nearest hospital in a panic and they did the stroke test, blood work, and all kinds of testing. They came back and said everything is fine. my face finally returned back to normal but now my arm is completely numb. I am totally freaking out. I went back to the same ugent care and they told me it is anxiety. I have never had anxiety. I dont know what to do i am so scared. I am afraid of have a stroke and dying. I am 43. Anyone ever dealt with this? I think i might have TIA. I am a worrier so it is now feeding my anxiety.
