Got my hair tested for drugs and I got results (no drugs)

Once, in a group conversation, I was accusing the friend of ours of lying about all the drugs he had been doing. He had no run ins with the law, was otherwise healthy, and even has looked healthy for his age.<br><br>He asked me if I wanted him to prove it. I said yes. Then he asked if I’d be willing to do the same. I said sure, but I had never done drugs.<br><br>He went to see a doctor, got a prescription, and we got our hair tested. I hung out with three friends while we waited for the results to come in. We looked through the results, and none of us had anything on our tests.<br><br>If I had been doing drugs, I would have kept fucking with him, but since I hadn’t I had nothing to lose. My hair hadn’t even grown out enough to get the minimum 1.5 inches of hair required for the hair drug test, so I just paid for the test and left.<br><br>I told him that the same doctor and same laboratory was the one that he used, and that I paid for it and got my hair tested. I gave him the paper from the prescription and the test and the results, and he apologized.<br><br>I didn’t even want an apology. I know drug addiction is a disease. I just wanted him to stop fucking with me. All of us were having all kinds of medical issues and none of us were doing drugs (we were all healthy and looked it, and had no run ins with the law). He had kidney stones, gastritis, and his teeth were falling out. We were all all telling him to stop doing drugs. We were all close friends and we wanted him to save his life.<br><br>But he kept on lying to us, and I decided to fuck with him by having us tested. I didn’t care if he wanted to kill himself (I didn’t want to lose a friend, but I couldn’t make him tell the truth). But I got tired of him fucking with me, and decided I wouldrather think he was a drug addict than call me a liar.
