Is there still a chance to ban the ai?

I'm from Austria, and I have a positive view of AI and it is used in my field of work. However, I also understand the dangers of it. The question is how to stop it? Do I have any chance to make a difference? If you look at how many people, companies, and governments are working on it, how can I stop it? Is there still a chance?<br><br>
