Here's a particularly strange example of why I always lock my doors and never answer the doorbell

One morning a few days ago, I (f23) was at my boyfriend's house. I was in his bedroom getting changed when I heard the doorbell, so I closed the door to gain some privacy. After that, I heard his mom talking to someone at the door and I could hear her shocked and embarrassed tone. I opened the door to see what was going on, and she told me that the person at the door was a guy with a briefcase, yelling "I'm here for the interview, I'm here for the interview!!". It turned out her son had posted an ad on Craigslist for a cleaning lady for their house, and this guy had responded to the ad saying he was very interested in the job. My boyfriend was confused, because he didn't remember receiving an application. Long story short, it turned out this guy was responding to the wrong ad (there's another one for a research study that my boyfriend also posted) but he was very adamant he had responded to an ad with a cleaning lady position and that the ad asked for "a man, under 40, no criminal record" or something along those lines. My boyfriend told him that he posted the wrong ad but he was very confused and said he was sure that the ad he applied to was not the research study one. He looked at the ad in his phone, and sure enough, it looked like a completely normal Craigslist ad for a housekeeper, but posted by my boyfriend's email address, which means someone had accessed his account and posted this ad. My boyfriend asked the guy to see the ad on his phone, and he was shocked when he saw the ad he had never posted (no, it was not a joke, my boyfriend is not that kind of person), and the guy got super defensive saying he wasn't making it up and that everyone was playing a prank on him. So now the guy came in the house to see the ad on my boyfriend's computer, and when he saw it, he started yelling at my boyfriend, calling him a "prick" and asking salty questions like "how does it feel to ruin someone's day like that?". My boyfriend kept his calm and apologized again, but this guy was so angry, I thought he was gonna punch my boyfriend or something, and he didn't leave until he made sure that the ad wasn't real and that my boyfriend had no intention of hiring him. Honestly, we were shocked by how angry he got, and his reaction just made us feel weirder. The weirdest part is that this Craigslist ad is no longer in his account, but the guy was definitely not making it up. Honestly, I don't know if this was a prank by someone with access to his account or just a weird glitch, but if that was a normal job application and the guy reacted that way, I can't help but wonder what would've happened if he had gotten the job and we'd have to deal with him on a daily basis, and the fact that he showed up at the house so angry when my boyfriend wasn't even hiring him is just insane.

EDIT: oh my fucking god you guys this is getting too weird, I just went to the kitchen to grab a snack and my boyfriend comes back and tells me that he got another call from another guy who also came for the interview, and this time he didn't even make up an excuse, he said "I didn't post this ad, but thanks for coming".
