1. Sleep + Consistency - Make a schedule from the beginning of the day. Set every 30 minutes of your day on a planner with no gaps in between. Then, fill out what you are doing in each slot. Example below:

12:15 PM - 12:45 PM: 30 minute lunch break

12:45 PM - 3:40 PM: Work

3:40 PM - 3:50 PM: Two 10 minute break: Walk around, take a piss, snack, whatever

3:50 PM - 6:50 PM: Work

6:50 PM - 7:00 PM: 10 minute break

7:00 PM - 9:40 PM: Work

9:40 PM - 9:50 PM: 10 minute break

9:50 PM - 11:40 PM: Work

11:40 PM - 12:00 AM: Last 20 minute break

12:00 AM - 3:50 AM: Work

3:50 AM - 4:00 AM: 10 minute break

4:00 AM - 7:00 AM: Work

7:00 AM - 8:00 AM: Shower

8:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Work

12:00 PM - 12:15 PM: Last 15 minute break, and repeat the cycle.

2. Water + Nutrition - Drink water all throughout the day. Make it a habit to drink water at least once every 30 minutes. For nutrition, follow a calorie deficit diet at a minimum. A calorie deficit diet is just "eating less calories than you burn." If you burn 2500 calories, eat 2200 calories, etc.

3. Exercise - Nowhere does it say you have to exercise. What your body needs is movement. Look at how your average office worker does. He's at his desk for 8 hours and moves once in a while. The movement is right there. At random times throughout the day, just move around a bit. Walk around, jump up and down, do some quick stretches, etc. Just move, don't let your body sit idle for hours.

4. Rest - Make sure you're fully rested throughout the day. If you find yourself tired, sleep for 15 minutes, wake up, stretch for a bit, and then get back to work. It's called a power nap. A power nap is when you sleep for 15 minutes and wake up and feel refreshed.

5. Hobbies - If you're doing a hobby, it should be something that you can multitask with. If you can't multitask with a hobby, then it's a waste of time. Here are hobbies that you can multitask with while working:

- Watching TV (Watch TV on one monitor and do your work on the other)

- Playing Video Games (Same as above)

- Watching or listening to a movie (Same as above)

- Chatting with friends online (Texting, gaming chat, voice chat)

- Chatting with friends in person (Have a friend physically next to you and you guys can talk back and forth as you work)

- Music (Listen to music)

- Reading (Listen to audiobooks)

- Creating content (Do your work, and stream. Talk to people in chat as you work)

- Etc.

6. Focus - Make sure you're focusing on only one thing at a time. For example, you're working on a word document. Well, make sure that's the only thing you're working on. You can have all other monitors watching TV or something, but the main monitor has to be fully focused on the task at hand. If you find yourself randomly scrolling through Chambers, quickly get off Chambers and get back to work. Also, turn off notifications.

7. Time blocking - Don't let a single second go to waste. If you're spending time walking somewhere, spend it wisely. If you get groceries, listen to a podcast, audiobook, or music while you get groceries. If you're showering, listen to music. If you're driving somewhere, listen to a podcast, audiobook, or music.

8. One task - Stick to one task for a long period of time. A lot of people make the mistake switching between tasks. They do one task for 30 minutes, then another task for 10 minutes, then another task for 30 minutes. Don't do this. Stick to one task for 4 hours +, take a 30 minute break, then either continue or switch to another task.
