When will normal people stop feeling like it's normal and acceptable to ask me if I can get them drugs?

Everytime I go out now if I buy drugs for myself then I will get maybe 3-5 texts from people I know asking if I can get them drugs or if I have any drugs I can sell them. Even people I don't know so well and haven't interacted with in a long time are acting like it's normal to hit people up for certain drugs like it's a normal thing to do or like it's a normal thing to supply drugs to other people. Is this normal now everywhere?
