I resent my husband for making us move over a lie

My husband got a job in California right out of university and we moved here for him to work, it was honestly not ideal and we were struggling but my husband was happy in his job and I was successful in mine.<br><br>After three years he told me he was going to get a promotion but we would have to move to Texas for the job and he would have a lot better pay, there was only one condition which was that I had to quit my job in California to move to Texas and he would be able to get the promotion.<br><br>I didn't even think twice when he told me that, he had supported me all the way so far so when he needed the support I was happy to do so. We moved here to Texas and I got pregnant with my son and my husband also got sent back to California a few weeks after we moved but never told me. He said we were good and he was able to work from home but little did I know that every time he went on a business trip he was actually going to California to work.<br><br>The truth finally came out when I found his messages with a co-worker and decided to send myself his location, I found him at his office in California and was livid as he was lying to me for eight months. When I confronted him he confessed to lying and begged me to stay and not leave him, I was so hurt and betrayed and didn't know how to feel but I honestly didn't have anywhere to go because I was a stay at home mom and couldn't afford to live on my own with my son and I didn't want to disrupt my son's routine and life.<br><br>I stayed but I resent my husband and I don't know how to let it go, I honestly can't stand the sight of him because he played me and lied so much for no reason at all.
