A world with no ice?

Think about it. In this world the same amount of water fell to the ground as water but every river flowed to an ocean and the only water that evaporated was that which was used by living organisms. <br><br>This means all land fell below water eventually every single thing would be eroded, including metals. <br><br>But why would it erode? If there are no ice then there is no weather system (excluding wind) to supply the water to begin with.
