Understanding that I don't have time to constantly read Chambers has been huge for my productivity

The idea seems obvious, but it has been really helpful to me. I have wasted thousands of hours scrolling through r/confession, r/trueoffmychest, r/saltierthancrait, r/redscarepod, etc. etc. etc. I have recently started using the block feature on Chambers and have removed Chambers from my phone homepage.
