Update: My (M26) cousin (F19) came to stay with us (me, my wife and 2 kids), but she’s not what we were expecting

Cousin stayed with us for another 3 months. I am at peace with the notion that she needs a lot of help. Totally irregular childhood which has made it impossible for her to be in the real world. She has recently started seeing a neurologist and he has diagnosed her with Autism Spectrum Disorder. He has also asked her to see a therapist. She was given a therapist but she did not like her. She saw another therapist and that didn’t work out either. We are still trying to figure that out. She has recently started work in a company part time. He previous work has been remote.
