I’m having a mental breakdown and need some advice

I’m a special ed teacher. I have 12 students and 3 aides. 7 of my kids have autism. I teach p3-k. <br><br>My school went from 8:30-3:00 to 7:20-1:50. I’m struggling to keep everything together. My school has no subs so my paras are covering kids and I’m having to jump from class to class to check in and it’s chaos. I’m breaking down and my kids are seeing it. I need help but I don’t know where to start or who to talk to. I’m destroyed and feel defeated. I’m crying as I write this. I’m usually an unbreakable person but I can feel myself starting to crack.<br><br>Advice is appreciated.
