How do I stop being frugal?

I've been frugal my whole life, and I think I've gotten too good at it. At 16, I'm not sure how to break the habit of being overly frugal. I'm fairly well off, but as a result of my frugality I've become lazy. Cooking is too much effort after a long day, so I just get the cheapest thing from McDonald's, then the cheapest thing from the grocery store, then the cheapest thing from the Chinese restaurant down the road again. It's killing me, my health, my energy, my finances (I've been spending money I wouldn't have spent if I cooked at home). I've lately been buying more expensive products at the grocery store. I've always bought the cheapest things, so lately I've picked out a few things like pasta or canned goods or Chinese sauces and bought higher quality ones. It's been really good so far. I've been able to eat healthy at home without really breaking the bank. But I don't know how to get into the habit of buying anything for myself. I get my car serviced at the cheapest place in town, and havent switched my phone provider in 7 years because they're the cheapest. I don't know how to prioritise my own comfort and health over the expense.

How do I (and how did you, if you were ever like this) overcome being frugal?

Edit: enjoy the gold and silver people, this is as close as I'll get to breaking my frugality haha
