What is the best way to combat the “but you won’t have anyone to take care of you when you’re old” argument?

I’ve heard this argument before and it just seems so off to me. Yes having children can give you someone to help you around the house but it’s not a promise and it’s not right to bring a child into this world because of that. So what should I say when I hear this argument?
