My brother is a 5'7" SMV 1 Chad

My brother is 5'7" (170 cm), has short stature necrosis, high pitches voice and always has an awful posture. His acne scars and filled teeth make him look like a dead tooth with skin stretched too thin. He is also very overweight, being an apple on legs (males are kinda like apples or pears - either have skinny torso, fat head and morbidly obese legs like pears, or be fat in torso and belly). He has thin hair on his head. Yet, he hooked up with a 5'9" (175 cm) woman that is like an high 8 or 9. I feel like I'm doing something wrong but I'm like 176 cm (5'9.2" with shoes) so wtf.
