What are some great homemade dog food recipes?

I have a 1.5yr old golden retriever, and I'm not a fan of the high price of dog food. I want to make sure the food I make is safe and healthy for my dog, but I have no idea where to start. I'm not looking to keep the cost extremely low for this, as long as it can stay within the cost of a 30-40lb bag of high-quality dried dog food (60-80$). I've done some research on this and I know a lot of owners have had luck with feeding their dogs meat, rice, and vegetables. But were there any specific recipes anyone would recommend? What would you need to make this an every day thing, and what kind of equipment would you need to have to prepare such recipes?
