How to survive if you have covid 19

I've watched a lot of doctors on YouTube lately, you guys should too. It seems they're all agreeing on the following.

The virus binds itself to the ACE2 receptors in your body, these are also used by a lot of cells in your body but the receptors aren't competing with each other, so if the virus is on the ACE2, then it's used by the virus not your cells.

If your cells don't use the ACE2 receptors, they start to suffer from a lack of Oxygen because they don't get enough ACE2 for their normal survival functions. The lack of oxygen is what kills you in the end.

So this is how you should survive...

- Drink a lot of water, this helps the body deal with the virus in the first place.
- Make sure you're taking in a lot of vitamins, the doctors all agree on this, but they disagree on what vitamins are most important.
- If you're feeling short of breath, high altitude is worse for you because there's less oxygen in the air, move to a lower altitude if you can.
- If it gets worse, you can't catch your breath, you're feeling dizzy and blue.
- The doctors say at this stage, the best thing you can do is take a very hot shower, do not burn yourself, but the hotter the shower the better. This opens your airways and lets more oxygen into your body.
- After the shower, sit on the bathroom floor, you need to be near the shower so you can re-wet the area with hot water if you need to.
- Get someone to bring you an oxygen meter, this is like a non invasive clamp that goes on your finger that tells them how much oxygen is in your blood.
- If the reading is 90 or above, you're okay and can go home. If the reading is below 90, you should go to the hospital.
- In the hospital, they will do a flow test, where you blow into a tube, if your lungs are in bad shape, you will get very winded and stop blowing before you're supposed to.
- If the flow test is bad, they give you a steroid shot, which can hurt really bad, then they give you an inhaler, this is what actually saves your life.
- Make sure you finish the entire dose of the inhaler, even if you feel okay after a couple of days, the virus is still in your system.

If you follow these steps, there's a good chance you'll survive.
