Why do rich kids think they can do anything?

Can someone explain to me why rich kids these days feel like they can do anything and nothing will come of it? It honestly makes me angry as I grew up middle class (we were in poverty when I was a child, but we became middle class when I turned 9). Maybe I'm just bitter because my friends want to go out but I worked all weekend and made up for all my shifts after my store burned down and I don't have the money to afford going out.
