I’ve been trying to meal prep for quite a while but I really don’t know how to start. So last week I made myself a lot of chicken breast that I eat for almost every meal. So here’s my question, how can I meal prep and not have the same thing every meal, every day? I do work a second shift 5 nights a week so it needs to be a meal I can grab out of the fridge and heat up if possible. I know just meal prepping a chicken breast is an easy start but that’s honestly it. I’ve struggled in the past and not sure where to start. Also feel free to include any links to guides, I could also really use that.
Thank you, I’ve been watching for this sub and I feel not knowing how to start is a really bad excuse.

Edit: wow thanks everyone. I’m excited to try some of the recipes I got from the comments. Thanks again and I will update you if you want. I just want to say thanks again for the help.
