Does anyone actually get those "average salary of $100k" jobs?

I’m 28f, mid 4 year career in marketing. Junior employees in my field are able to get jobs paying $65-80k. I can only imagine someone with 5+ years of experience is pretty valuable to their company and able to secure higher pay (80-100k). I see tons of job listings for my field with that level of experience that should bring 100k and it’s hard to understand since I don’t know anyone who makes that much. Are those companies just posting lies for their own benefit? I don’t understand how they think they will hire someone with those credentials and not actually pay that much. I know it’s all just a pointless dream to think I can make $100k as a marketer, but I hate feeling like I’m going after something that doesn’t even exist. <br><br>Also if you’re a junior marketer who is making that kind of money, can you tell me who you work for?
